Wildlife Photography from the Midwest USA

My Bad

Okay, look.

A couple of years ago I got tired of the midwest, okay?

Ducks & deer, Squirrels & egrets, Gulls &  frogs…it all got to be the same and I was frustrated, okay?
I want to go to exotic places, like Maine, Alaska, perhaps the Galapagos Islands, but I can’t.

So I shot this sunset on the way back from the National Park in Cleveland
(Yup—there’s actually a National Park in Cleveland)
and I bought a little plastic wolf and some model railroad lichen (moss) at a hobby store.

I opened the sunset picture on my computer (with the lights off in the room),
held the toy wolf and moss in front of the monitor with my left hand,
and shot the resulting picture with my right hand.

When I posted it on a photo site, nobody knew it was a joke.
I assure you, this is the only bogu—wait–
This is one of only TWO bogus shots you’ll see here on this blog.
The other one features horses, but I’ll be telling you about it for certain.

And now I can sleep.
